Vouched's core value is real, verified identities. Without completing this step, your profile cannot be trusted. An untrusted profile defeats the purpose of the product. This is not optional and cannot be bypassed.
Connect your Reddit, Instagram, and Discord accounts via secure OAuth. Your verified status and reputation score will be visible across all linked platforms, making it easy for trading partners to trust you wherever you do business.
When you're making a deal on any marketplace or forum, simply share your usevouched.app/u/username link. If you're transacting in person (card shows, conventions, etc.) one of you can scan the others QR code to quickly start a transaction pre-filled with essential info.
If your counterparty does not use Vouched yet, you can invite them directly from your dashboard using your personal invite link.
Always verify the profile belongs to who you're talking to
Receiving a Vouched profile link is only meaningful if you confirm the person sharing it actually owns it. Check that the username shown on the profile matches the username you are chatting with on the platform where you met. If the person you are speaking with has not claimed that username on their Vouched profile, the link could belong to someone else entirely and you may be dealing with a scammer.
After each successful trade, log the transaction on Vouched. Both parties confirm and leave feedback, building your verified reputation over time. Your growing transaction history proves your reliability to future trading partners. Because every member is tied to a single verified identity, no one can delete their profile to escape bad feedback or create a second account to start fresh. Your reputation is permanent, and that's exactly what makes it trustworthy.
Shipped items must include tracking, no exceptions
Any transaction involving a shipped item requires a tracking number to count toward your reputation. This is a core anti-fraud requirement and cannot be waived. Tracking provides objective proof that a shipment was sent and received, protecting both parties in the event of a dispute. Transactions without tracking will not be credited to your record.

The entire verification process is handled by Stripe Identity, a dedicated, SOC 2 certified identity verification product. All document capture, biometric checks, and data processing occur entirely within Stripe's secure infrastructure. Vouched receives only a pass/fail result, your confirmed name, and your confirmed zip code. Nothing else is ever transmitted to us.
